Prepare Your Heart and Intention
Although it is not necessary to purchase, the Second Degree Reiki Manual and Journal by Dr. Eleanor may support your healing journey during these sessions. Many of the developmental and structural treatments described in the book can enhance your healing intentions during the Reiki Circle, bringing clarity and depth to what you are ready to release or transform.
What to Bring to the Session
✨ A quiet, comfortable space to sit or lie down without interruption
✨ A blanket and water to support your body’s integration
✨ An open heart and clear intention for what you wish to receive
✨ Although not required, we encourage you to be prepared to turn on your camera.
We encourage you to reflect on this question before joining:
